The company was established in 2015 as a family company under the name Invictum, s.r.o. In 2019, it was transformed into a holding company, as its business activities developed dynamically in a short time.
By the end of 2022, the holding covered eight commercial and two non-profit companies in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Serbia and South Africa within the framework of the wood and chemical industry, logistics as well as research and development.
In the first quarter of 2023, the wood division was sold. Currently, the holding is engaged in research and development, chemical industry, construction, construction, engineering and project tendering. At the same time, the holding is financing the unique Kráľovský vŕšok project from its own resources, the aim of which is to complete the construction of a public-beneficial area on an area of approx. 14 ha focused on cultural and historical ties (Mansion in Malej Ves – National Cultural Monument), between local and foreign communities, including the environmental aspect territory.
