2021: The year of development and changes for Invictum Holdings

Anticipated for some time, Invictum Holding has created a separate Business Service Center department to provide administrative, accounting and IT services not only to companies within the holding but also to external companies.

The most significant development was accomplished in the wood division, with company Zvoimpex being transformed into the VALASAHA Group and undergoing also rebranding and positiong as a global trading and solution providing company. Besides companies Millwood and Tilian, new subsidiaries were founded in Austria (Silvader), Serbia (Tarwinn) and the Republic of South Africa (Waltors).

Every subsidiary is located in a different country where it carries out its own business operations such as purchasing and subsequent export of timber, semi-finished and finished products to the global market through VALASAHA, as well as various forestry services such as logging, cultivation and forest management.

In 2021, the company INECOS was established, being the exclusive distributor of ecological cleaning products of the British brand SoluPak for the European market.

Teemu Korhonen becomes the new Managing Partner of the Wood Division

Invictum Holdings, a.s., a family-owned holding company that has historically been associated with the timber sector since 1934, announces Teemu Korhonen as a Managing Partner of the Wood Division, starting from the 1st of June 2021.

Teemu Korhonen graduated from Forest Products Trade at Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences in Finland. After his studies he spent the majority of his work career in Austria with competencies in creating business strategy, operations and leading global trade. In his career, he has held several important positions as CEO or Vice President of Sales and was responsible for various M&A projects, corporate restructuring, and start-up settings.
